Castor Oil Packs
A castor oil pack is an external application of castor oil to the body. A piece of wool or cotton flannel is saturated with castor oil and applied to a specified area with or without heat. Castor oil packs are recommended to improve elimination, aid with circulation (especially of the lymphatic system) and can help to breakup adhesions from scar tissue. Castor oil packs can be incorporated into your session time, or as a stand-alone treatment for an additional charge
